We have introduced a flexible mechanism to display a direct link to the Event Programme within the user-facing 'Links' menu. Administrators can now configure a custom URL for each project or event, allowing attendees to access their respective programme seamlessly.
Key Details:
- New System Parameter: A new field, 'Event Programme Link', has been added under the URL link icon in AL.
- Setup: To ensure successful synchronisation with AL, please ensure the following steps are completed:
- API Key Configuration: A dedicated API key must be generated for your project to enable the 'Event Programme Link' functionality.
- Branding Customisation: Prior to launch, the Event Programme must be customised with your specific logo and brand colours. Please contact the Support Team to assist you with this setup.
- Synchronisation: Once configured, navigate to Programme > VL - Programme Sync to finalise the integration.

Smart Conditional Rendering:
- If a URL is provided, the 'Event Programme' link is dynamically rendered within the 'Links' menu.
- If left empty, the option is completely hidden to prevent broken or inactive links.
- Global Usability & Flexibility: Every client can configure and update their programme link independently, eliminating the need for developer assistance.
