New feature to Reset Votes in the ePoster Management Module

During a project, you may need to clear all existing ePoster votes. The ePoster Management module now includes an automated feature that allows administrators to securely delete all votes for a specific project in just a few clicks.

Important Note: This action is irreversible. Once the votes are deleted, they cannot be recovered. Please ensure you are in the correct project before proceeding. This process will solely affect the current project you are managing; votes in other projects will remain untouched.

Step-by-Step Guide to Resetting Votes:

1. Navigate to ePoster Management: On the main menu, go to Abstractlogic > Parameters > ePoster Management.
2. Locate the Reset Option: Scroll through the configuration fields until you find the setting labelled Reset Votes (Delete all votes for this project).
3. Initiate the Reset: Tick the checkbox (or set the toggle to 'Yes') next to this field.
4. Save Changes: Click the Save button to confirm your action.
5. Expected Behaviour: As soon as you click Save, the system will automatically remove all recorded votes associated with the ePosters for this specific project.
6. Refresh the Page: Once the save process is complete, refresh the page. After refreshing, the Reset Votes checkbox will automatically revert to the unticked position, indicating that the system is ready for any future resets.

Your ePosters are now ready to receive new votes from a clean slate.
