How to delete System Users?

You can permanently delete users directly from your account without contacting support.

Delete a User

You can delete users from either the Dashboard or from within a system.

Option 1: From the Dashboard

1. Sign in to your Shocklogic account.
2. From the Dashboard, click the 9-square menu icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Users.
4. Locate the user you want to delete. You can use the search bar on the right to find the user more quickly.
5. Click the red X on the far right corner
6. In the confirmation dialog, confirm the deletion.

Option 2: From Within a System

1. Sign in to your Shocklogic account.
2. From the Dashboard, open the appropriate system (Abstractlogic, Participantlogic, or Memberlogic).
3. Navigate to Account > Add Users.
4. Locate the user you want to delete. You can use the search bar on the right to find the user. (You can also choose multiple users at once to delete)
5. Click the red X icon next to the user's name.
6. In the confirmation dialog, confirm the deletion.

The selected user is removed from the system.
