In order to move any record to Complete, you will need to follow these steps:
- Locate the record in the Incomplete list and select the record by ticking on the checkbox located at the beginning of the column (Multiple users can be selected by holding down CTRL and clicking multiple checkboxes).
- Scroll down to see the tab Update State
- Please select Complete in the dropdown options and click on Go
- When returned to the View Participants screen, remove Incomplete from the State filter and replace it with Complete. When complete is only showing, only complete records will show.
