Registration Form
Please go to menu option Select fields and navigate to Demographic Fields
Find the Email field configured and switch the setting on "Do not allow duplicate" - "Yes"

Profile
Please go to Parameters and navigate to Profile Parameters
Click on Profile Settings tab
Locate the setting "Allow Multiple Registrations" and make sure this is switched to "NO"
This should prevent multiple registration in a single project.
