How to Configure a Webpage When the Expected Number of Participants Is Reached

Overview

ParticipantLogic allows you to configure a custom webpage to be displayed when the participant registration form closes because the expected number of participants has been reached.

Follow the steps below to configure this option.

Step 1: Enable the Registration Closure Setting

1. Navigate to Settings > Participant Registration.
2. Open General Project.
3. Enable the option Close registration form when expected no. of participants is reached.

Once this option is enabled, an additional setting will become available to select the webpage to display when the expected number of participants is reached.

Step 2: Select the Webpage to Display

1. Under General Project, locate the setting Web Page to show when expected no. of participants is reached.
2. Select the required webpage from the dropdown list.

The webpage must be created in advance. To create a new webpage, navigate to Parameters > Web Pages, create the webpage, and save it.

Expected Behaviour

When the expected number of participants is reached, the registration form will close automatically, and the configured webpage will be displayed to users.
