We have recently introduced a new Delegate List Widget. This update provides a flexible and straightforward way to generate custom participant directories, allowing you to display attendee information exactly how and where you need it.
The widget gives you a simple interface to configure the list, choose what data to show, and then generate an embed code that you can paste into your platform.
Here is a look at what the new module allows you to do:
- Targeted Filtering: You can easily define who appears on the list. Filter participants by specific activities or free fields, and exclude certain categories or registration statuses.
- Customisable Columns: Select exactly which demographic fields you want to display on the table. You can reorder the columns easily to suit your preferences.
- Sorting Options: Set a default sorting order for the table, and choose whether or not to allow end-users to sort the data themselves by clicking the column headers.
- Access Control: You have full control over privacy. You can make the list publicly available to anyone, or restrict it so that only logged-in users can view it. If a user without access tries to view a restricted list, they will simply see a clear "Authentication Required" message, without being redirected away from the page.
- Automatic Links: Any valid website URLs included in your delegate data will be automatically converted into clickable links, making it easier for users to view external profiles or company sites.
- Embed Anywhere: Once you finish configuring your list, the system provides a snippet of HTML code. You can paste this code into any text editor across your Shocklogic platform (such as the Webinar Profile) or embed it directly onto your own external website.
