Selecting who to send the email to
When you land on the View Participants you are able to filter by:
- Status
- Category
- Participants having specific activities
- Participants having specific payments
- Participants having a negative balance
- and more...
Let's say we want to send the email template to all incomplete registrations, meaning everyone with a negative balance then we can filter by this and "select all" and click Email.
When clicking email the following checks are done:
- Do the records selected have an email address
- Is the construction of the email address correct
If there are any issues with the emails you will be prompted to correct this data or Skip them before creating, editing, and sending the email.
Creating the email template
Once you click Email or Email2 you will be able to start creating the email template to be sent.
NOTE If you are testing please ensure to use test records with a test email address or use your own email address before sending it for real to all your participants.
You can drag and drop Structures and Block into the Email Template and you can add a number of different content from:
- Text
- Images
- Banners
- Buttons - Call for action buttons too!
- Spacers
- Videos
- Social Media group icons
- Menus and more...
