What does the 'Registration State' filter in Abstratlogic used for?

This is a manual filter to categorize the abstracts' submitters/authors into 4 categories:

1) Registered (marked as "R" in the column Reg State)
2) Not Registered (marked as "N" in the column Reg State)
3) Pending (marked as "P" in the column Reg State)
4) Not assigned (marked as "X" in the column Reg State)

When the abstracts' submitters/authors need to be registered to the event to present their abstracts, you can use this filter to monitor your data.
You can update each submitter/author state (one by one or in bulk) and then filter your data to send reminders or other relevant communications.
