Add word count and character count captions to abstracts

We have added the option to include word count and character count captions to abstracts.

This can be achieved by following the steps below: 
1. Go to to menu 1.02 abstract settings
2. Select the tab Texts caption
3. Scroll down to see fields :
    -> Page 2 character count caption
    -> Page 2 word count caption
and define your personal caption you would like to display

This can also be achieved for Language codes.

In case of language code to be used, follow below steps:

1. Go to menu 9. Interface language
2. Select menu 9.03 Button and System texts > select the language code from the list by double clicking on it
3. Select tab Page 2 Buttons and texts
4. Scroll down to see fields :
    -> Page 2 character count caption
    -> Page 2 word count caption
and define your personal caption you would like to display
