How to setup and view the "Presenting authors" and "Co authors" Image/Photo in the Online Programme

How to set up and view the "Presenting authors" and "Co-authors" Images/Photos in the Online Programme.

Please follow the steps below in the Abstract logic "AL":

1. Go to Parameters on left-hand side menu options and navigate to  " Abstract Settings" Then choose -> Online Programme tab, then scroll to "Display author profiles" and make sure it is toggled to "YES" See Figure HERE
2. Click on the "Correspondence" Tab and make sure that the following settings and configures as per your needs. See Figure HERE
   1. "Maximum User Image Width (px)"  Recommender "2000"
   2. "Maximum User Image Height (px)" Recommender "2000"
   3. "Maximum Image File Size" Recommender "10" 
3. From the left-hand side menu, click on Select Fields and navigate to " Author Demographics" and then. See Figure HERE
   1. Choose an empty field number you would want to configure as a caption for attaching an image for the "Author",
   2. Then click on "--- Please select from the list ---" and choose "Image 0x" You can choose from 01 to 05
   3. Then type the name you want this caption to appear in the "Field x" Caption, for example, "Image author" 
   4. Then toggle "Required" to yes, to be set as such if you want to.
4. Finally check the online Programme, all the added images will be there in the 

Remember after every change in the setting to save your changes.
