Import customer data with the new Eventscase Integration

We have completed the integration of Eventscase with Shocklogic’s systems. Now, you can bulk import existing customer data from a client into the Shocklogic database. This functionality is similar to uploading client data with our preformatted Excel sheet, but in this case, the API is used instead.

You can check this function in Participantlogic in Menu Parameters on Left-hand side and navigating to  - External Integrations.

Here you select Eventscase Import Participants from the dropdown menu and populate the fields External Client, External Project, Auth Username, Auth Password, Auth URL and ExtraField01.
