We have completed the integration of TITO with Shocklogic. Now you can bulk import existing customer data from a client into the Shocklogic database. This functionality is similar to uploading client data with our preformatted Excel sheet, but in this case, the API is used instead.
This function is configured in Participantlogic in Menu 1.18 - External Integrations.
Here you select Tito Import Participants from the dropdown menu, and populate the fields External Client, External Project, Auth Password and Auth URL.
