The activities activation and deactivation date is as follows:

For the 12 hours time format: The activities date starts at "12:00" am and the deactivation date starts at "12:00" am so right after 11:59.59 pm

For the 24 hours time format: The activities date starts at "00:00" and the deactivation date starts at "00:00" so right after 23:59.59
