Add a vCard QR code for your event name badges

A vCard QR code is a digital version of a business card that can easily be scanned and saved using a smart device. It can be configured to display the details of your choice, e.g. name, contact number, email address, photo, social handles, and other supporting links. 

Our system now includes the ability to include vCard QR codes on physical badges/name tags. To set up the vCard QR code function, follow steps below :

1. Go to menu item 2. Select Fields > 2.02 Demographics Fields.
2. For each individual field, you will see the option Use for vCard/Electronic Business Card followed by a Yes/No toggle button. For any fields you would like to include in your vcards, toggle this option to Yes.
3. Go to menu item 1. Parameters > 1.08 Document Templates. 
4. Select the template you wish to work on and choose the option QR Code using vCard/Electronic Business card from the Insert field dropdown menu.
