Our users sometimes need help with executing event processes. In such cases, the individuals they should turn to are called Super Users. Super Users have full training in Shocklogic’s platforms, and there should be several Super Users associated with every user account. Super Users are also familiar with our other system resources, including our Knowledge Share platform and submitting support tickets to the Shocklogic support team.
