We strongly advise that you set up Leadlogic on your device and familiarise yourself with platform as soon as possible.
Instructions for accessing the platform
For best results we recommend opening the platform in Google Chrome.

Add a shortcut to your device Home Screen
To access the lead capture function easily, we recommend adding a shortcut to Leadlogic on your device home screen.
iPhone or iPad
Once logged into Leadlogic from Google Chrome, click the Share icon (usually in the URL bar), and scroll down the dropdown list to select "Add to Home Screen". > View steps here <

Once logged into Leadlogic from Google Chrome, and click the 3 dots in the top right to open the options menu. Select "Add to Home Screen". > View steps here <

When you first open Leadlogic and select "Scan" you may be prompted to allow access to your camera. If your camera is still not working, open the "Settings" app on your phone and select the your internet browser (e.g. Safari/Chrome). In the browser settings, look for the "Camera" option and choose the option "Allow".
Scan the QR code on the delegate's badge. Their contact details will appear on your screen and will save to your contact list.
To add or edit any contact notes at a later time, open the "Home" screen of the platform and select the contact you would like to edit.

Downloading your leads
Select "Email Leads" to email yourself an Excel spreadsheet. (Before you close the page, make sure to wait until the note appears at the bottom of the screen to confirm that the email was sent). The email will come from "Leadlogic <noreply@shocklogic.com>". Check your junk folder if you do not receive it. You also have the option to "Download Leads" directly to your device if you have any problems receiving the email.
You will receive a list of contacts which were collected from the Leadlogic account assigned to the specific login credentials listed above.
