How to Add a New Reviewer Demographics Field?

Please find below a step-by-step guide on how to add a new reviewer demographics field : 

1. Go to menu item 2.03 - Reviewer Demographics there you will be able to see all the current demographic fields.
2. Scroll down until you see the last complete field and then:
   2.1 Select the required field from the list. If you are unable to find the right field that you wish to     
         add, please select any other available field (a field that doesn't currently exist in your     
         demographics).  
   2.2 Ender the field name. This name will be visible on the form- could be the same as the field name from
         the list or a different name if the required field is unavailable.
   2.3 If the field is required, please toggle on the button.

   2.4 You can also create values as a drop-down list to any of the demographic fields by clicking on '
         the 'values' button on the right-hand side ad a Value Id and the name description, then click     
         'Save'
