We would like to introduce you to Capture and Screencast-o-matic. Two applications we love to use internally and by our clients as well.
Capture can be used to capture both images as well as screen recordings. Capture has a time limit of 5 minutes when you screen record. Screencast-o-matic is used to record your screen and capture this. With Screencast-o-matic you can record your screen to up to 15 minutes. Once you have captured your image or screen recording, you have the option to edit it and share this.
Both applications are easy-to-use and cost-effective solutions. The applications allow us to communicate more effectively
Capture is especially useful for when you need to highlight particular parts of a screen that you wish us to focus our attention on. You can draw boxes, use arrows and text on top of your captured image to achieve this.
Screencast-o-matic is also really useful if you want to create a video which shows your experience of using and navigating through our software and again anything that you wish to show us or think is really important for us to see. If you have any questions or queries, using a video can help explain and show us the steps you’re taking which can help us understand and ultimately serve you better.
We would appreciate it if you could use Capture and Screencast-o-matic as much as you can when you review the website and complete the website revision round sheet. This way it will be easy for you to explain the revisions you wish to made and it will avoid confusion and save us time of unnecessary going back and forth.
