New report for ‘Group Individual Demographics’

When using the ‘Groups’ module in PL, our users are now able to collect information on both the group and individuals within the group (Group Individuals).

We understand that the data you collect for the Group Coordinator may be different to the data you collect for the individuals in that group. Therefore, we have created a new Group Individual Demographics Report to display information for all individuals in the group. 

Note: Before pulling this report, we assume you have already configured the information in menu items Select fields on the left side, then navigate to Group Demographics and Group Indiv. Demographics.

You can view the report by following the steps below:

1. From the Participantlogic (PL) home page, select a project, go to the menu item Reports on the left side menu and navigate to  Web Reports.
2. From the dropdown menu, choose the report called Group Individual Demographics.
3. A pop-up window will appear containing all the group member information you have previously configured (in the menu item, Select fields on the left side, then navigate to  Group Indiv. Demographics).
4. You can download the report to an Excel file by clicking on the Export to Excel button at the top of the report.
