Importing participants

Importing participants will depend on the data you have in your current systems.

Shocklogic has a number different types of fields these are listed below:

Each type of field comes with a set of input types such as Text, Checkbox, Dropdown, etc:

Demographics

Activities

Free Fields

Hotels

These do not have an input type as such, however there are some pre defined Id's for Hotel, Room Type

These Fields come with a set of Super Powers for example:

You can control which activities are seen when you select a Particular Country from the Demographics Dropdown list
You can control which activities to display based on activity selections on the first page of the form

When it comes to importing Demographic Fields you have the following fields available to import:

It is recommended that you export from your current system only the fields you need in Participantlogic.

Once you have this, you should marry the fields from your export to our database fields listed above. for example:

and so on.

Once you have done this you are ready to start importing your data.
