How to Export Participants for Direct Import
To simplify the process of transferring participant data between projects, a dedicated Web Report is now available so you can download a full list of participants formatted specifically for the PL import system.
How to generate the export file:
Go to the Reports menu and select Web Reports.
Locate and run the report labelled "Export Participants".
Download the resulting Excel file..
Why use this report? The downloaded file mirrors the required column structure for data imports. This allows you to export data from "Project A" and import it seamlessly into "Project B" (or any other project) without needing to copy-paste data into a separate template.
Once you have done this you are ready to start importing your data.
