This error message appears when there are no parameters set in Menu Item Parameters and then navigating to Document Parameters (Text for download link and Heading for PDF created).

Once you provide some values in the fields (e.g. "Your documents" / "Download here", it will generate the certificates.

I am trying to create a certificate for the poster presenters, and I am getting the below error message - "Something went wrong! Please get in touch with the project administrator to notify them."
