How to download abstracts attachments/Image/Tables in bulk?

  1. Go to your Project.
  2. On the left menu click on Menu items "Database" and then click on " D'load Abst, Img, Att, Tbl" 
  3. On the popup windows select the items that you will want to download (attachments/Images/Tables) 
    1. If you want to download all complete please select: All complete abstracts
    2. If you want to download Complete ones that have a specific status please select: Only abstract statuses selected below
      1. then remove all abstract status that you don't want from the left list
  4. Then click on the Start button.
  5. When this finishes click on "Click here to download." and the zip file with all the items will start downloading

    Hi, I have tried this option, however I never seem to get the zip file.

    How long should this normally take?
