Presentation uploads

We have a new update to Abstractlogic.

Upload presentations to Abstractlogic 

Instead of submitting their presentations to you via Wetransfer or Dropbox, your invited speakers can now upload them directly to their profile. You can configure the types of files allowed (e.g. video, PowerPoint, etc) and set a size limit. In this way, all information is now stored in a single place within the invited speaker’s profile.

The process is simple as no username or password is required to log in; all you need to do is send them an email with instructions.

In addition, you can now see which speakers have already uploaded their presentations via the ‘View Faculties’ screen (the paper clip icon).

You can also download the presentations via the ‘View Faculty Summary’ screen, or simply by clicking the paper clip icon on the ‘View Faculties’ screen. For video files, there is an additional option to play the video first or download immediately.
