Copy Participants to Another Project

We often create separate projects for speakers, exhibitors, and attendee feedback because the form structure for these groups is quite different to the primary registration process. However, we may later need all groups (delegates, speakers, exhibitors) to log in to the virtual platform via the Main Delegate Project or to complete feedback. In such cases, we can now copy registrations from the Speaker/Exhibitors project into the Main Delegate Project, as well as from the Main Delegate Project to the Feedback Project.

Key points to note:

• The following data is copied: All demographic information (including the encrypted password, status, category, and any other demographic data that was collected during the registration process).
• The following data is not copied: Activities, free fields, hotel bookings, and payments.
• When we copy the data into the new project, we copy them to the ‘Incomple list’.
