Abstract submission editing / Close Form

Changing the abstract submission editing dates allows you to have more control over who should not edit the abstracts before the submission date (i.e. Closing the Editing early for all or certain Statuses).
!Note - If we close the abstract submission form, no editing is possible. Should you need to edit abstracts, you need to re-open the form or do it as an administrator.

There are 3 ways Abstracts can edit their submission:

1. Abstract Settings (1.02) - Submission end date
