Assign your country to the correct region
When creating the Activity state for which region/regions this activity must show
Quick Trick: Create a country region called “Low Resource Countries” and assign only the Low Resource Countries to this region. Then set up your activities with the relevant prices for this region and remember to assign the activity to the “Low Resource Country” region.
