Place the following formula in the column next to it ...
=IF(COUNTIF(B$2:B$5000,B2)>1,"Duplicated","")
where "B$2" is the first cell in the column that you want to check and "B$5000" is the last cell
and "B2" is the cell itself where you are placing the formula
