How to archive / re-activating a project in the Active Projects list?

Why archive a project?

It's a way to keep in your project list only the projects you need to keep close at hand.

How to see archived projects?

On the project list, you will see the "Display" button, when you click it it will display 3 options:

• All.
• Active Projects (Selected By Default).
• Archived Projects.

How do you archive / re-activate a project?

On the project list:

• Green box icon: This is going to be displayed on the active project to Archive / de-activate them.
• Blue open box icon: This is going to be displayed on the archive project to un-archive/re-activate them.

From inside the project:

You will need to follow the following steps according to the system

• Abstractlogic
  • Parameters Menu
  • Abstract Settings Item
  • General submission Tab
  • Archived abstract project switch: On to be Archive / de-activate and Off to be unarchive/re-activate.
• Participantlogic:
  • Parameters Menu
  • Participant Registration Item
  • General Project Tab
  • Not active (archived) switch: On to be Archive / de-activate and Off to be unarchive/re-activate.
• Memberlogic
  • Parameters Menu
  • Member Form Settings Item
  • General Tab
  • Not active (archived) switch: On to be Archive / de-activate and Off to be unarchive/re-activate.
