New Activity Setting: Count Completes Only for Maximum Number of Users Online

We're excited to share our new feature that allows you to count only complete activities when setting a cap (e.g., the maximum number of people online). This means that once the limit of complete records is reached, the activities will automatically be hidden from the registration form.

To utilise this functionality, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Participantlogic menu in Maintenance.
2. Select "Activities."
3. Choose the activities you want to apply this setting to.
4. Scroll down and click on "Update Additional Options."
5. Under "Count completes only for maximum number of persons online," select "Yes."
