Participantlogic - How to prevent duplicate registrations via the form and automatically notify incomplete registrations how to login and complete

Using participantlogic you can effectively manage the incomplete registrations by sending their login details to complete the unfinished registration within few minutes.

Step 1 - Preventing Duplicate emails.

Please go to "Select Fields" - Demographic Fields - and set Do not allow duplicate to "Yes"

Step 2 - Selecting the incomplete registrations automated email

Select "Process menu"- Communication -> Email Templates and select the "Incomplete Registration" email template.

Step 3 - Configuring automatic login email

Please go to "Parameters" - "Participant Registration" - General Project tab - and set:

• Send Automatic email to Incomplete to Yes
  
• Select Email Template for Incomplete to "Incomplete Registration"
