Reporting of Forms with the Free Field Forms Overview

This game-changer comes in the form of a new view, accessible through "5.04 View Free Field Forms," designed to simplify the process of viewing and managing forms submitted by exhibitors and form submitters. Let's dive into how this feature can elevate your event management experience.

Effortless Form Data Navigation:
Imagine having the ability to effortlessly view and filter data submitted by exhibitors and form submitters based on specific criteria. The new view empowers you to do just that. With filters covering essential parameters such as State, Payment Status, Status, Category, Group, Country Code, Has Activity, Has Payment Code, Form Name, and Form Status, you have the tools at your disposal to fine-tune your data search.

The Power of Filtering:
The real magic happens when you apply these filters to narrow down your results. Looking for exhibitors who haven't submitted a critical safety declaration form? No problem. Simply filter by "Form Status" (not accepted), and you'll instantly see a list of those who require further attention.

Communication with Bulk Emails:
But here's where it gets even more efficient. With the filtered results at your fingertips, you can utilise the email module to send bulk emails to exhibitors or form submitters who require your attention. Whether it's a gentle reminder or additional information, you can communicate swiftly and effectively, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Export and Reporting Options:
In addition to these features, you can also export the data you are viewing and use the system reporting tools to get the data as per your need, with the values that you want. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the view and choose the tools you want to export or report your data with.

How to Get Started:

1. Access the menu item on left hand-side select Database  now navigate to  "View Free Field Forms."
2. Apply filters as per your specific needs to refine your data view.
3. Utilise the filtered results to send bulk emails using the email module.
