PL - Optimise data management: prevent demographic overwrite for accounts with matching email addresses

As a project manager or administrator, you now have the power to decide whether demographic information gets updated when a new registration is made with the same email address.

How to Control Data Overwriting:

1. Go to Parameters on left hand-side menu option now navigate to "Profile Parameters" .
2. Select the "Profile Settings" tab.
3. Find the toggle labelled "Overwrite All Profiles on Update."

Customise Your Data Handling:

• Selecting "Yes" enables changes to a person's profile to update records of individuals with the same email address. This ensures consistency across profiles.
• Choosing "No" ensures that modifications only affect the individual's record, keeping demographic details separate.
