If you haven't already set up a password then there is an option to 'Get a password' https://www.screencast.com/t/QBDypYjLVNdr
Once you have logged in there is an option named 'My Activities' which will display all tickets you have submitted with a filter to display their current Status which will be either Open, Awaiting your reply or Solved https://www.screencast.com/t/50AZY8Z0
If you only wish to view those tickets which are closed then you can use the status dropdown to show only those which have been solved.
