How to extract Author Index with different sets of associated data in Abstractlogic?

1. Login to the AL system
2. As you land on the main view of all the complete* abstracts in your targeted project, click on Adv. Search. See Figure HERE 
3. You will then land on a new tab for Advanced Search view. scroll to the bottom left corner and click Search! See Figure HERE
4. You will get directed to the old view of Abstracts, in there, click on Show entries and select ALL, then, highlight all Abstracts by ticking on the check box for all. See Figure HERE
5. Scroll all the way down and click on Auth Index. See Figure HERE
6. A new pop-up will open that will allow you to tick the box for all the data you want to include with the Author Index such as the following:

   1. Add publisher tags

   2. tag family name separately

   3. Include Wab Number

   4. Include Abstract Number

   5. Name Format:

      • Family Name, First Name

      • First Name Family Name

      • Family Name, Initial
   6. Mark Presenting Author with: 
      •  Asterisk(*)

      • Underlined

      • Bold

      • Italic

   7. Mark Presenting Author's Wab with:

      • Asterisk(*)

      • Underlined

      • Bold

      • Italic

   8. Mark Presenting Author's Abstract Number with:

      • Asterisk(*)

      • Underlined

      • Bold

      • Italic

   9. When done selecting your preferred data, click Next, See Figure HERE
   10. You will be redirected to a new view so you can view/download the Author Index, See Figure HERE
