Activity Dates: Difference between Activation / Deactivation Dates vs Start / End Dates

Activity Start date (Information Only)
The start date of the activity during the event.
NB: This does not affect the dates that the activity is available on the form to participants.

Activity End date (Information Only)
The end date of the activity during the event.
NB: This does not affect the dates that the activity is available on the form to participants.

Form Activation date
The date the activity is available to be booked for attendees on a form.

Form De-activation date
The date the activity is no longer available for attendees on a form.
The activity deactivates at 23:59:59 hrs on the date specified, e.g. if the deactivation date is 2023/04/27,
the activity will be hidden/removed from a form on 2023/04/28 00:00:01.
