Dotdigital Integration

We are pleased to announce that we have completed the integration of Dotdigital (Customer Engagement Platform) with Shocklogic’s registration forms. This enables successfully registered attendees in Shocklogic to be synced and imported into the Dotdigital platform, where you can follow up with your marketing campaigns.

This functionality is similar to uploading client data with our pre-formatted Excel sheet, but in this case our API is used instead.

The functionality is configured in Participantlogic menu item Parameters and navigate to  External Integrations. 

Simply select DotDigital from the dropdown menu and populate the Auth Password and Auth URL fields. If you need any further help, please contact our support team via the helpdesk.
