Enable password confirmation during profile creation

We've added the option to request password confirmation when creating profiles in Abstractlogic and Participantlogic. 

To enable this functionality, please follow these steps:

1. Go to option Parameters, scroll to Profile Parameters and select the Login Page tab.
2. Scroll down to the Enable Confirm Password option and activate it by setting it to YES
3. Add the desired title for the confirm password field under the Caption confirmation password.
4. Finally, save changes.

Note: The Create Account button will remain inactive if the entered passwords don't match.
