Filter Participants, Abstracts and Members by image availability

We have added an image filter to our systems, allowing you to check if there is an image available for:

• Participant - Individuals
• Participant - Groups
• Abstract Submitors
• Abstract Authors
• Faculties/ Speakers
• Members

To apply the image filter, please follow these steps.

1. Open the desired system and select the project.
2. Go to the specific view for those mentioned above and here you will see the Image Field that was configured for this data collection (Please note no image filter will be displayed if the field was not configured)
3. Select Yes or No in the image filter to view if an individual has uploaded an image or not. 

Note: Image01 is the default name, if a name isn’t given to the filter it will always be identifiable by the Image01 caption.
