**Please read this article before (points 1-3)**
- Go to the Sessions/Scheduling menu on the left, then navigate to Sessions (beta) and download the template.
- Complete the fields (Do NOT modify the formatting of the template in any way! (Do not change titles, add/remove columns).
- Session ID: Please remember to keep enough space between the session IDs' numbers in case you will have to add more sessions in between.
- Session Type/ Room/ Group/ Chairperson/Co-Chair - The ID number is required and not the name of the room, chairperson etc.
- Date format: DD/MM/YYYY.
- Time format: HH: MM (24hrs format).
- Columns N-V: enter the following values: 0=No/ 1=Yes (not required fields).
- After completing all the fields save the template and go back to menu #5.08 to import your data.
