Please follow the steps below or/and watch the video at the end.
- Log in Abstractlogic system for your event
- Go to View Faculties
- Click on Status Caption, then select Create in order to create a new Status, such as Yes/No or Accepted/Rejected. See Figure HERE
- Then identify the records that you want to send an email to by highlighting them with ticking the check boxes for them.
- Scroll down and click on the E-mail button. See Figure HERE
- Create or edit the template you want and indicate your questions in there, then highlight the questions or the answers to convert them to a hyper-link with the indication of the status that you have created in the View Faculties. See Figure HERE
- In the hyper-link selection click on "Link List" >> Add Status Link >> then choose the Id of the Status you want to indicate and then send. See Figure HERE.
- Finally, you can come back to the View Faculties and filter by the status to apply your next steps.
