Please find below a step-by-step guide on how to add a new faculty demographics field :
- Go to the menu item Select fields and navigate to Faculty Demographics there you will be able to see all the current demographic fields.
- Scroll down until you see the last field that you use and then:
1 Select the required field from the list. If you are unable to find the right field that you wish to
add, please select any other available field or an ExtraField##(a field that doesn't currently exist
in your demographics).
2 Enter the field name. This name will be visible on the form- could be the same as the field name
from the list or a different name if the required field is unavailable.
3 If the field is required, please toggle on the button.

4 You can also create values as a drop-down list to any of the demographic fields by clicking on '
the 'values' button on the right-hand side add a Value ID and the name description, then click
'Save'

- After you completed adding the new demographic field. Scroll down till the end and click 'Save.
