To send automatically-compiled session information to invited speakers, chairpeople, and co-chairs via email:
- In Abstractlogic, select the faculty member you wish to contact and the email template you wish to use.
- Select ‘Start’ from the ‘Insert field’ dropdown menu to insert the field [Sessions.Start].
- Select the session parameters you would like to send to your faculty members from the dropdown menu and insert them into your email body text (after the [Sessions.Start] field).
- Select ‘End’ from the dropdown menu to insert the field [Sessions.End] after your selected session parameters.
This process ensures that all selected session information will display correctly in the email.
