Presenters link for the virtual platform

General Setup

1. Go to menu 1.02 Abstract Settings
2. Click on the Faculty Tab
3. Set "Display Virtual Room Join Link" to YES
4. Set "Caption Display Virtual Room Join Link" for example Presenter Link to Speaker Room
5. Click Save

Sessions Setup

1. Go to menu 5.07 Sessions
2. For each Session place the link for the Speaker Room in the field "Presenters Link for Virtual Platform"

NOTE: Please contact us via the helpdesk if you need to setup a specific/unique link for each speaker.

Speaker Access

Presenters can now access their speaker rooms on the day of their event directly from their profiles.

All the following roles can access their virtual rooms to present links directly from their profile: 

• Abstract Presenters
• Chairs and Co-Chairs
• Invited Speakers

Speaker Access Link Text

1. To configure Abstract Presenters link text go to menu 1.04 > Profile Settings* tab and complete the field for "Abstract Presenting Authors Link for Virtual Room" you can put for example "Join Here"
2. To configure Chair Persons link text go to menu 1.04 > ChairPersons tab and complete the field for "Chair Persons Link for Virtual Room" you can put for example "Join Here"
3. To configure Invited Speakers link text go to menu 1.04 > Invited Speaker tab and complete the field for "Invited Speaker Link for Virtual Room" you can put for example "Join Here"
