Email analytics

All systems now feature a new menu item in the ‘Reports’ section called ‘Email Analytics’ which shows:

• Total number of emails sent
• Emails sent today
• Emails sent last week
• Emails sent last month
• Emails sent this year

There is also an interactive bar chart that illustrates when the emails were sent out. The following time-frame options are available:

• 1 Day
• 1 Week
• 1 Month
• MAX

Under “Stats by mail template”, you can see the email templates that have so far been used in your project. When selecting a template you will see:

• How many people it was sent to
• How many people opened it
• The locations of the registrants who received the email
