This can happen when you allocate the abstract to a reviewer and the abstract editing is still available for the submitters.
When you get this problem, you need to press the menu item Reviewing/Faculty and then navigate to Activate Review Preview so the system can update the preview page for them.
What we suggest put a deadline for the editing/upload and allocate the abstract to reviewers after that deadline.
