Membership Validation Integration

We’re pleased to announce that the Membership Validation interface can now be used to verify whether a registrant is an active member in Memberlogic directly within the Participantlogic registration form. This enhancement enables the system to automatically apply a specific set of activities based on the individual’s membership status.

By leveraging this functionality, administrators can ensure that only eligible members gain access to designated activities, streamlining the registration process and improving data accuracy.

Below are the steps to configure this feature:

1. Log in to Participantlogic
2. Go to Menu Parameters →  Select Membership Validation (Link)
3. Define your validation criteria — for example, member/non-member or regulator/non-regulator. (This information is pulled directly from Memberlogic.)
