We've added a new Attendees Time within the Activities report to the Select Report menu. This report shows the total time participants spent in activities.
To use this functionality, please follow these steps:
- Open Participantlogic and select the project.
- To add the activity, click on option 3. Maintenance > 3.04 Activities and click Add.
- Set the start and end time for the activity, including the date.
- Click on option 6. Reports > 6.04Select Report, select the report option Attendees Time within the Activities.
Note: If an exit scan is missing, the report will automatically add it. If someone is in two activities simultaneously, the report will only add an exit scan to one activity. So, it's important to set up activities in Scanlogic correctly.
