We've added a new Device Name field to the Event Attendance Scanning Report in Scanlogic, which can be found in the 6.01 Web Reports menu. With this new field, you'll be able to see the name of each device used to scan participants in the Excel spreadsheet report.
To use this functionality, please follow these steps:
- Go to option 6. Reports >6.01 Web Reports and select the Event Attendance Scanning Report (Scanlogic), as shown here.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- In the pop-up use Step #2 to select the activities you would like to include in the report, Step #3 nowincludes a Device Name field which will add the name of the scanning device to the scan report.
- Finally, click on Export and the Device Name will now be included in the Excel spreadsheet report, as shown here.
Note: The Device Name is usually configured as the room where scanning took place, or as the name of the person using the device.
