We have completed a new feature that allows attendees to receive a single PDF document with one page for each activity they’ve booked. In addition, this document can be automatically attached to confirmation emails.
For example, if an attendee has purchased 3 activities, they should receive a PDF document with three pages attached to their confirmation email. If the attendee has purchased 2 activities for adults and 3 activities for children, the pdf they receive will have a total of 5 PDF pages.
To configure this feature, please follow these steps:
- Log into Participantlogic and select menu item Maintenance and navigate to Activities.
- Click on the activity that you want to trigger the sending of a PDF to any attendee purchasing that activity.
- Scroll down to Document Template in Acknowledgement Email and choose the file you want to send when an attendee chooses that activity.
- Click Save.
